I express deep gratitude to Seena Frost, the creator of the process of SoulCollage® .  Seena’s book “SoulCollage – An Intuitive Process for Individuals and Groups” is an excellent resource.  You can also find lots of information and inspiration at her website www.soulcollage.com.

I am also deeply grateful for the work of Anne Marie Bennett  who has created an amazing website   www.kaleidosoul.com which is a rich resource about SoulCollage® and will give you detailed information about how to make your cards.

What is SoulCollage®?  SoulCollage® is an amazing intuitive process created by Seena Frost.  It blends imagination and intuition.  By using a group of powerful, “cut-out” images and gluing them onto a piece of matt board, you can create your own unique deck of cards.  With these cards you can explore your inner self and nourish your precious soul.

Anyone can do it.  It is fun and gentle as you slowly realize that you are opening new paths within yourself and understanding or knowing yourself in a deeper way.  It is an amazing process to do on your own or with a gathering of like minded spirits.
